Who We Are
At Second Tier, we’ve embraced the label “Second Tier” – a term often used to describe cities outside the big media markets. But we wear it with pride. As Hollywood stumbles, we're here to prove that cities like ours have just as much skill, talent, and value—if not more. We’re the underdogs, and we’re done with being overlooked.
Our mission is simple: to decentralize the film and media industry and put power back into the hands of creators, no matter where they’re from. We’re not second-class; we’re building a new class of filmmakers and storytellers who don’t need to be in L.A. or New York to succeed. Our work is about equipping creators with the tools, resources, and networks to disrupt the status quo and claim their rightful place in the industry.
